Terms of Use

By using Giyora, you agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines. You must be at least 13 and legally permitted to use the service where you live. Provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and remain responsible for activity on the account.

Giyora provides a digital wardrobe, on-device outfit canvas, weather-based suggestions, optional AI/image processing and virtual try-on, subscriptions, and social-community features. Internet, device, or third-party service outages may temporarily affect some features.

You retain ownership of content you upload. Upload only content you have the right to share and for which you have obtained necessary personal permissions. You grant Adeluna a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license limited to hosting, technically processing, moderating, and displaying that content within Giyora under the visibility rules disclosed in the app. Public community posts may be viewed by other users; stories use follower visibility and a 24-hour lifetime.

Posts, stories, comments, and accounts can be reported, and users can be blocked. Automated filters and authorized moderators may review content. Violating content may be removed or archived; features may be restricted; and accounts may be suspended or terminated. Serious or repeated violations may be acted on without prior notice. Appeal a suspected mistake at support@adeluna.net.

AI outputs are style and creative suggestions, not guarantees of real-world fit, color, sizing, safety, or accuracy. Do not submit sensitive, illegal, or unauthorized images to an AI feature. Giyora-operated synthetic accounts are disclosed with an “AI Stylist” label and are not represented as real people.

iOS subscriptions use Apple In-App Purchase. Price, billing period, and benefits are displayed before purchase. Apple charges the Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled in Apple subscription settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Restore Purchases is available in the app; Apple handles refund requests. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Apple’s Standard EULA also applies.

• Illegal, sexual, exploitative, threatening, hateful, or violence-promoting content.
• Harassment, bullying, impersonation, unauthorized personal information/photos, or copyright/trademark infringement.
• Spam, fraud, artificial likes/follows, malicious links, or deceptive earnings/investment claims.
• Reverse engineering, bypassing security, API abuse, malicious code, or disproportionate automated traffic.

Remove your own posts and stories from their in-app menus. Settings → Delete My Account permanently deletes the account and associated user content. Limited records required for safety, disputes, or legal obligations may be retained. You are prompted to manage any active store subscription separately before deletion.

The Giyora name, design, and software belong to Adeluna or its licensors. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”; no guarantee is made for AI output, third-party content, or uninterrupted access. Terms may be updated for material changes with a new effective date. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
